InterContinental Fuzhou has announced the appointments of Ms. Cynthia Song as the Director of Finance & Business Support, Mr.Carson Zhang as the Executive Sous Chef.

InterContinental Fuzhou has announced the appointments of Ms. Cynthia Song as the Director of Finance & Business Support, Mr.Carson Zhang as the Executive Sous Chef.

Cynthia Song has 22 years working experience in hotel industry in aspect of financial management with extensive known international hotel like IHG, Starwood & Howard Johnson.

Prior to her appointment, she was working with our sister property Holiday Inn Chengdu Xindu carrying the same capacity.

Carson brings more than 16 years of hospitality experience in kitchen management and culinary art. Carson has been working with known hotel groups like Shangri-La, Starwood, Kempinski and InterContinental. Prior to joining InterContinental Fuzhou, he was the Executive Chef in Sheraton Yantai Golden Beach Resort.
