　　Mr. Talayhan was British & Turkish native, he has spanned more than 20 years in the lodging industry and he is well known as an international hospitality business leader with passion and dedication. In 2000, Mr.Talayhan started his journey with Starwood and has conducted various assignments with increased responsibilities to senior ranks in North West Europe Region, Spain & Iberia Region, Middle East and China. Most recently, Mr.Talayhan was the Hotel Manager of St.Regis Beijing Hotel and prior to that, he was EAM of Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, Dubai.
