David Sun, the Chief Executive Officer of Home Inns Group, said that the hotel industry should be rearranged and upgraded for the consumption escalation. The mid-range hotel industry will reach the stage of full competition within five years because the market is limited. The fundamental factors to build high-end brands for Home Inns Group are to improve the quality and to win customers. Subsidiary brands of Home Inns Group include Yitel, Home Inn Plus (Coming soon), Home Inns, Motel, and Fairyland Hotel.

Zhao Huanyan, the Chief Knowledge Officer and Senior Economist of Huamei hotel consultants, believes that Home Inns Group could comb its subsidiary brands by upgrading existing brand “Yitel” and launching new high-end brand “Home Inn Plus”. The property prices are directly determined by the property quality and location of the hotel. The average price and occupancy rate of domestic high-end hotels decreased in 2014.
